What makes ZERO Footwear different from regular shoes?
ZERO Footwear is built around three structural design choices: a wide anatomical toe box that gives toes room to splay naturally, a flexible 4mm sole that lets your foot move the way it’s built to move, and a zero-drop footbed that keeps your foot level from heel to toe. Together, these features support natural foot mechanics throughout the day.
Are barefoot shoes good for daily wear?
Yes. Our shoes are designed for all-day comfort with a flexible sole, breathable upper, and ultra-lightweight construction. Many of our customers wear them for walking, errands, light workouts, and travel.
How do I transition to barefoot shoes?
If you’re new to barefoot footwear, we recommend starting with shorter wear periods (1–2 hours per day) and gradually increasing as your feet adjust. Like any change in footwear, give your body time to get used to the difference in cushioning and support.
Does ZERO Footwear have arch support?
ZERO Footwear follows a barefoot design philosophy with a minimalist sole and no built-in arch support, allowing your foot to function the way it’s naturally built. If you prefer additional cushioning, you can use your own insoles inside our shoes.
Does ZERO Footwear run true to size?
Yes, most customers find that ZERO Footwear runs true to size. For those with wider feet, a size guide is available on the website, and half-size adjustments are recommended when in doubt.
Are you supposed to wear socks with ZERO Footwear?
You can wear them with or without socks, depending on your preference. The interior is designed to be comfortable and breathable even without socks, but wearing moisture-wicking socks may enhance hygiene and fit for some users.
What materials are used in your shoes?
Our shoes are made with quality materials chosen for comfort and durability:
- Upper: Premium polyester for a comfortable, durable fit.
- Sole: Organic rubber for grip and flexibility.
- Winter models: Same organic rubber sole, with an EVA-and-cotton-wool insole for added insulation.
Is ZERO Footwear washable?
Yes. Most ZERO Footwear models are surface-washable using a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, remove the insole and hand-wash gently with mild soap and water. Machine wash on a delicate or gentle cycle is also fine.
How do I clean my ZERO Footwear?

How can I place an order?
To place an order, go to the product page via the navigation. Select the desired size and quantity, click “Add to cart,” then click “Checkout” and follow the on-screen steps.
I entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
Please email us at info@zero-footwear.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to assist with corrections.
Where is ZERO Footwear shipped from?
ZERO Footwear is an international brand. Our orders ship from our global fulfillment partners directly to customers worldwide. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 6–10 business days to the U.S., Canada, and Australia, with longer delivery during holiday peak seasons.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days after payment is received. During holidays and peak seasons, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Please note that shipping times do not include potential customs delays.

How do I track my order?
Enter your tracking number on our track and trace page. It may take 1–3 business days for the tracking status to appear after you receive the number. If you haven’t received a tracking number, email us at info@zero-footwear.com.
How do I return ZERO Footwear?
To start a return, email info@zero-footwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return. After approval, you’ll receive return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your returned item.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Are ZERO shoes waterproof?
